Sandpanther posted a
series of pictures in the Hollows Yahoo! group, and it sparked a
contest idea. I'm posting it here with his
permission, and because I clearly don't have enough to do, I'm going
to be giving away four sets of signed paperbacks with the ODW
hardcover, a bunny pin, and last year's end of tour mug. So .
. . here's what the deal is.
Send me a picture of you reading THE OUTLAW
DEMON WAILS. (and if you can make it within the parameters of
500 by 500 pixels you will have my undying gratitude. If you
can't, don't sweat it. I'd rather have large photos than no
photos.)
I will pick the best at-home picture, best
at-work picture, one that makes me laugh the most, best costumed,
and the best out-in-the-wild (train, bus, sidewalk, whatever.
Don't get hit, and be careful.) The most inventive, like
above, will get the most scrutiny, so be creative without turning it
into a commercial for your workplace please. Also, please tell
me how you want to be identified. i.e. This is Guy at the bus
stop in Chicago, freezing his butt off--costumed division.
(I'll pick the one that makes me laugh the most from all divisions.)
