Borderlands

My editor, Diana Gill, surprised me by showing up at Borderlands in San Francisco.  Every last thought went out of my head, and I took no pictures.  Alan took this and the rest for me.  Thanks, Alan!  Diana is a fantastic person, and I delighted in dinner afterwards with her, Jude, and Alan.

I felt very much at home surrounded by so many people who truly knew books and loved them.

It's hard to see, but the gal in yellow designed the shirt she has on, putting a tomato and a, mmm, colorful phrase on it.  (big grin)

Cincinnati OH.  (Mmmm, Summerside, actually, across the river.)

Me and and a diehard reader.  He drove three hours to get to Cincy, then had car trouble on the way back.  But we had a great conversation over coffee first.  ;-)

Vacation!!
